12 Termination

• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Inactivity of your account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 709 pub.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

3. Jurisdiction: If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 709 pub reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

709 pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
